About us
nomiko e.V. supports students and trainees to apply the knowledge gained during studies in practical work at the member companies. Through the individual training plan the student/trainee will focus to the needed activities to enhance the practical experience. Theoretical knowledge and practical experience will be transferred by the member company.
Talent Management
For Students | Interns
If you are interested in practical training and further education, we are happy to assist you. In the first step we develop the learning and training goals together with you. In the second step we try to find a suitable job especially for you at our company.
Students
The activities of our students in our member companies are designed to fit the studies and the individually created training plan.
Following prerequisites:
- The student must be enrolled at a German University/College
- Students who are enrolled at a non-German University/College are entitled to an internship
Those who have successfully finalized their studies or who are not enrolled at an University/College will not be eligible to our services.
Interns
We support following internships:
Pre-Internships
Some Universities/Colleges request relevant industrial experience already before you enroll to the degree course.
Mandatory internship or practical semester
Some Universities/Colleges request the mandatory internship to be done in a practical semester. The focus and needed activities must comply to the contents of your degree course especially through involvement in real project work. This includes also the mandatory mid-term thesis.
Voluntary internship
You can apply for a voluntary internship at any time as long as you are enrolled to an University/College.

Extract from the Articles of Association
§3 Purpose of the association
(1) The association pursues only directly non-profit purposes in the sense of the “tax-privileged purposes” section of the general tax code.
(2) The association aims at supporting and promoting training and further education of pupils, apprentices, trainees, doctoral candidates, student interns, degreed engineers, and scientists in the field of information technology, communication technology, and related sciences, as well as economics. The objective of the association is to gear the qualification to practical project work and thus enhance and improve it. For implementation of the purpose of the articles of association, the association will in particular prepare training schedules and update them, based on which the doctoral candidates, students about to take their diplomas, student interns, degreed engineers, and scientists (qualifiers) will participate from time to time in industrial projects in co-operation with the association members and third parties. Thus it is ensured that the qualifiers will become acquainted with electronic and electrotechnical tools to the greatest possible extent and that they are introduced to their future professional work through participation in projects and applications of the association members under expert guidance
